Welcoming Guests upon arrival and providing exemplary service is the goal of Front Desk Cast Members at the hotels of the Disneyland® Resort. Front Desk Cast Members are responsible for checking-in Guests, answering questions, offering information about the Disneyland® Resort, cash handling and providing directions. The starting rate for a Front Desk Cast Member is $11.50/hour. Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Disneyland® Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
